The Alma de Bronze exhibition is a reflection of the work developed by Virginia de Medeiros during the Cambridge Arts Residence Program in 2017. As a participant of the program, the artist settled for three months in a room on the 15th floor of the Cambridge Hotel Occupation and recorded the daily life of women from the housing struggle front of the Movimento Sem Teto do Centro (MSTC) in a series of photographs and video testimonials.
