Verso (las meninas) (2019) by Vik Muniz, is part of the group exhibition 'Reversos', curated by Miguel Ángel, on view at Museo Del Prado. The show reflects on the unseen side of works of art, proposing an open route that gives maximum freedom to the spatial relationship with the works, without hierarchies or chronological order, creating a parallel with contemporary art production.
The reverse of the famous painting originally painted by Diego Velázquez can be seen for the first time, through Vik Muniz's reinterpretation of it. The exhibition will be on view at Museo Del Prado, through March 2024.
