On March 9 at Nara Roesler São Paulo and March 14 at Nara Roesler Rio de Janeiro, Cristina Canale will be launching the book Faces, a publication that brings together more than 100 works produced by the artist over the last 12 years.
With commissioned texts by Galciani Neves and Victor Gorgulho, the book focuses on the ovoid forms that began to appear in the artist's production in the 1990s. Faces is a gathering of portraits and abstractions that enchant us with their mysteries and possible revelations.
On the occasion of the launch, the artist will take part in a talk open to the public, with curator Galciani Neves in São Paulo and curator Victor Gorgulho in Rio de Janeiro.
