L’art de ne pas être vorace, a solo exhibition by Jonathas de Andrade curated by Mathilde Marchand, opens on April 1st at Commanderie de Peyrassol, in France, as part of the Cultural Season Brazil–France 2025.

Echoing the prose of Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector (1920–1977), from whom the exhibition borrows its title, the show explores the ambiguous notion of “voracity” through Andrade’s distinctive visual language. Known for works that blend documentary and fiction, the artist engages with themes such as desire, survival, and coexistence.

The exhibition will remain on view through November 2, 2025, at Commanderie de Peyrassol.
