Visual artist Virginia de Medeiros presents the Studio Butterfly exhibition and other fables at the Fayga Ostrower Gallery in Brasilia / DF. Funarte Brasília, promoted by the Ministry of Culture and the National Art Foundation (Funarte), the show features installations, videos and photographs in the creation of narratives that throw a surprising look on real stories . The work of the artist combines documentary strategies to go beyond the testimony, questioning the limits between reality and fiction. The works present a perspective of the encounter with the other and of the deepening of this experience that demands an intense exchange of references and affections.
