Tomorrow, December 1, the Batalha Centro de Cinema in Porto, Portugal, presents 'Sobrevoo', a solo exhibition by Jonathas de Andrade. The exhibition is the result of an artistic residency Andrade undertook at the invitation of Batalha and includes 'Columbófilos', Jonathas de Andrade's first film made outside Brazil, which reflects on generational changes and the unique relationship between humans and pigeons - pigeon fanciers and birds interact in front of the camera before the apotheotic moment of release.
