After Ripas [Battens] and Pontaletes [Posts], which resulted from Sergio Sister's chance encounter with fruit crates piled up to be thrown away (1996), the artist resumes the original format of these objects as subject matter of his artistic practice. These crates, which are comprised of 30 pieces, are the nucleus of this exhibition that also includes the early results of his contact with the object: 3 Ripas and 1 Pontalete, a series that was shown, and highly appreciated, at Instituto Tomie Ohtake, in 2007, and at Nara Roesler, in 2008.
